Frame and Mount Materials

The mount is crafted from acid-free mount card, an essential feature for archival preservation — ensuring your photograph won’t yellow or degrade over time. The University of Bath name is foil printed directly onto the mount, creating an elegant and distinguished finish that ties your photo frame beautifully to your matching framed degree certificate. The mount colour has been carefully selected to complement the University of Bath’s colours, ensuring a cohesive and refined look when displayed alongside your certificate frame.

Your Choice of Frame

This graduation photo frame is available in a choice of three distinctive frame styles, allowing you to match your personal taste and your existing certificate frame:

• Black and Gold — a timeless, classic combination that lends a formal and prestigious feel

• Teak and Gold — a warm, rich finish offering a more traditional and distinguished look

• Contemporary — a sleek, modern style for those who prefer a clean and understated aesthetic

The City of Bath and Its University

Bath is one of the most celebrated cities in England, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its stunning Georgian architecture and its ancient Roman Baths — one of the finest surviving examples of Roman engineering in the world. The University of Bath received its Royal Charter in 1966, and despite its relatively young age, it has established itself as a top 10 UK university in all three national league tables, with an outstanding reputation for research and teaching excellence. The university’s roots can be traced even further back, through the Merchant Venturers’ Technical College — an institution whose alumni include Nobel Prize-winning physicist Peter Higgs, the man behind the famous Higgs boson. Set across 200 acres of landscaped grounds on Claverton Down, the campus also has a proud sporting heritage — with University of Bath-based athletes winning six medals at the Rio 2016 Olympics.

The Perfect Gift

This photo frame makes a fantastic addition to a matching framed University of Bath certificate, allowing graduates to create a coordinated and impressive display. It also makes a wonderful gift idea — perhaps a present from parents or other family members to mark this landmark occasion, or a thoughtful option for friends and relatives to gift to the graduate to sit alongside their own matching framed certificate.
