Display Your RICS Qualification with the Distinction It Deserves
Achieving your RICS qualification — whether as an AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS — represents years of dedicated study, professional development, and rigorous assessment. This hand-crafted certificate frame has been produced to present that achievement in a manner befitting one of the world’s most respected professional designations. Designed specifically to accommodate RICS certificates, every element of this frame has been considered to ensure your qualification is displayed to its very best effect, whether at home or in a professional setting.
Craftsmanship and Construction
Each frame is hand-made to the highest standard, combining traditional framing techniques with materials selected for both their appearance and their protective qualities. The frame is glazed with anti-glare styrene, which reduces the damaging effects of UV light on your certificate, helping to preserve its condition over time. A removable backboard allows for straightforward insertion of your certificate without any specialist tools, and equally simple removal should you ever need to update or relocate it. The mount is produced using acid-free, archival-quality mount card, with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors logo foil-printed directly onto it — an elegant finishing touch that reinforces the prestige of the qualification it surrounds. The mount colour has been specifically selected to complement the colours associated with the RICS, ensuring a cohesive and professional presentation.
Your Choice of Frame
This frame is available in three distinct moulding styles, allowing you to select the finish that best suits your environment or personal taste:
-
Black and Gold — a timeless, authoritative combination that sits confidently in both traditional and contemporary spaces
-
Teak and Gold — a warm, classic finish with rich wood tones and gold inlay detail, lending a distinguished, traditional character
-
Contemporary — a clean, modern profile suited to minimalist or contemporary interiors
About the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
The RICS has a history stretching back to 1792, when the original Surveyors Club was formed. The institution as it is formally known today was established on 15 June 1868, when 49 surveyors gathered at the Westminster Palace Hotel in London, elected their first council, and appointed John Clutton as founding president. Offices were leased at 12 Great George Street, London — an address that remains the RICS headquarters to this day. The body was granted its Royal Charter in 1881, and in 1947, following a grant from King George VI, it became the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in the form we recognise today. From those original 49 members, RICS has grown into a global professional body representing over 134,000 members across more than 150 countries, and is widely regarded as the gold standard in professional regulation across land, property, construction, and infrastructure.
