Celebrate your University of Surrey graduation with a beautifully crafted photo frame, designed to hold a 10 x 8 inch photograph and presented to the highest standard of quality. Whether you are commemorating your own achievement or searching for the perfect gift for a proud graduate, this frame has been made to mark the occasion with the elegance it deserves.

Frame and Mount Details

The overall dimensions of this frame are 293mm x 340mm, providing a generous and handsome display for your graduation photograph. The frame is constructed from high-quality moulding and glazed with anti-glare styrene, which reduces the damaging effects of UV light to help protect your photograph. The mount is produced using acid-free mount card, an essential consideration for archival preservation — meaning your mount will not yellow or degrade over time.

The University of Surrey name is foil-printed directly onto the mount, adding a refined and distinguished finishing touch that is entirely in keeping with the prestige of your achievement. The mount colour has been carefully selected to complement the University of Surrey’s own colours, ensuring a cohesive and considered presentation.

Your Choice of Frame

This graduation photo frame is available in three moulding styles, allowing you to choose the finish that best suits your taste and interior:

• Black and Gold — a classic, timeless combination that gives a formal and prestigious feel

• Teak and Gold — a warm, traditional finish that pairs beautifully with wooden interiors

• Contemporary — a clean, modern style suited to more minimal or current décor

A Perfect Match and a Thoughtful Gift

This photo frame makes a fantastic addition to your matching ProFrameCo framed certificate, allowing you to create a coordinated and impressive display of your University of Surrey achievements. It also makes an ideal gift — perhaps a present from parents or family members to the graduate, or a gift for other family members to give alongside the matching framed certificate. Whether displayed in a home, an office, or a study, it is a lasting and meaningful memento of a hard-earned milestone.

A Little About the University of Surrey

The University of Surrey received its Royal Charter in 1966, though its roots stretch back to the Battersea Polytechnic Institute, founded in 1891 to provide further and higher education to the people of London. The university relocated from Battersea to its current home on Stag Hill in Guildford, Surrey, adjacent to the magnificent Guildford Cathedral — with the move fully complete by 1970. Today it is one of the UK’s leading research universities, and Guildford itself is one of the most historic and prosperous towns in the South East of England, with a history stretching back well over a thousand years. Notable alumni include Professor Jim Al-Khalili OBE, the celebrated theoretical physicist, author, and broadcaster, who completed both his BSc and PhD at Surrey. The university’s sprawling Stag Hill campus and the newer, car-free Manor Park campus together make for one of the most distinctive and purpose-built university environments in the country.
